“TCocoa nibhe Innovative” – Cocoa Nibs: Our own pioneering recipe where the intense flavor of cocoa nibs (roasted unsweetened cocoa seeds that are crunchy and nutty, sometimes referred to as the essence of chocolate) infuses with vanilla to intensify the graceful nutty raw cocoa flavor and profound crunch.

“ThWhite Chocolate Macadamia Biscottie Luxurious” – White Chocolate Macadamia: A combination of rich roasted macadamia nuts, Callebaut white chocolate chunks and lemon zest explode on the palate to deliver a decadent eating experience with our synonymous crunch.

Johnnycake Cranberry / Johnny Cranberry

White flint corn - the original style of corn used in Johnnycakes - and tart dried cranberries come together and offer a tasty interplay of hearty corn crunch and a light sweet taste. I'm using two labels - Johnnycake Cranberry The Rhode Island Biscotti in RI and Johnny Cranberry - The New England Biscotti outside RI. This Biscotti is Gluten Free however it is not designated on the label.

These three Biscotti are prepared without gluten. They are not officially certified gluten free.
